Jazzercise is a dance based workout program, which offers a fusion of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing movements.
All Classes are designed for all fitness levels, shapes, ages and sizes. Work at your own pace. Bring light weights, mat and water, come dressed to exercise 15 minutes before any class to register. You can call to register over the phone or on the website as well.
